Gastonia East Rotary Club (GER) is excited to announce new corporate membership options. The new membership includes up to 3 named Rotarians from a single company for one flat annual fee.
Making an Impact Through Corporate Membership
According to GER Membership Chair Megan Shepard, “Rotary offers excellent networking opportunities as well as service projects around the city. The new corporate membership option helps local businesses get more people involved to make an impact in our community.”
Corporate Membership Pricing
Corporate Memberships include up to three (3) named Rotarians at the company for one annual fee of $1,750*. Each company can assign specific individuals from their organization. If an individual leaves the company, another may be assigned to take their place.
Corporate Rotarians can attend the weekly lunch at no charge, participate in service projects, and serve on the board or committee positions. They will also be listed on the club membership roster with individual members.
The main difference is that their membership would stay with the company should they move on to a new job in the future. Corporate members would have the option to switch to an individual membership should they leave their parent company. Regular membership fees would apply.
*Pricing is valid for the 2022-23 Fiscal Year
Advantages for Your Business
Rotary is an opportunity for business owners, professionals, and civic leaders to work side-by-side for the betterment of their community. Corporate membership allows a company to expose more of its team to these opportunities.
This offers natural benefits to local businesses. Employees can develop leadership and professional skills, such as project management, training, and public speaking. The company can gain greater respect as a business committed to social responsibility. And each corporate member can connect with the entire network of 1.4 million rotarians around the world.
Gives corporate members access to Rotary’s global network of 1.2 million volunteers and the opportunity to network while traveling Emphasizes a commitment to serving others as part of the corporate culture, something workers will appreciate
Why Gastonia East Rotary?
Rotary develops character and brings out the best of the human spirit. In our local club, we promote ethics, humanity, cultural awareness, leadership skills, and the desire and ability to serve.
Last year, rotarians from the East Gastonia club donated over $13,000 to local charities. These volunteers also help bring the community together through the Gastonia Concert Series, annual lunches for first responders and senior citizens, and regularly feeding kids at the local Boys and Girls Club.
GER strives to evolve into a diverse club of community leaders dedicated to making Gastonia a better place to work, play, and live. Corporate memberships allow your company to be part of that vision, extending this opportunity to include more of the community we know and love.
